Samsung SA excels in Regional South Australia - 31/08/2009In January 2009 I was referred to Samsung Communications Centre SA by a business colleague. We were moving business premises and being located in regional South Australia, I was finding it very difficult to find somebody to help me with my communications infrastructure. Choice is limited, and prices expensive.
From the first contact with Samsung to the completion of the installation, I was more than satisfied with the service I received. The product was affordable, technologically advanced and is very easy to use.
Samsung SA also liaised with our computer supplier to make certain the cabling and communications centre only had to be done once and both companies were talking to each other, which helped me enormously.
While I may have had initial concerns regarding the distance of our office from Adelaide, these were soon allayed by the follow up support I have received from Samsung Communications Centre SA. The response to queries is almost always the same day or within 24 hours which I think is very good, mind you we don’t have very many questions.
The initial training was very good and comprehensive, as a business owner I don’t care how the system works I just want to know how to use it and get on with business! The system is so user friendly, we have had 2 new staff members start since installation and they only required 10 minutes training.
The Samsung OfficeServ 7100 is a system that will grow as our business grows. The VOIP options are very good for us in the country, saving us money from the begining. The speaker phone quality is excellent as a professional services firm we use this feature in our conference room often.
Being based in Rural and Regional centres can create problems for Business, but my experience with Samsung Communications Centre SA has enabled me to receive the type of support and service you expect in the city.
